About the speakers:

Martin Hill is a learning technologist specializing in immersive, collaborative, hybrid and active learning technologies. With over 30 years of experience managing campus-wide lecture and clinical capture systems, he now leads the VR and Mixed Reality–rich Digital Immersive Lab at Murdoch University.

Barbara Loessl is a lecturer in biosciences with 12+ years of university teaching experience, specializing in anatomy, physiology, pharmacology and pathophysiology. Passionate about experiential learning, she designs interactive activities—puzzles, role plays, organ dissections, lab experiments and VR simulations—to suit diverse learning styles and foster peer teaching. Her research focuses on integrating VR simulation in nursing education.
